Executive Chef Roy Wohlars

Roy Wohlars' cooking style is inspired by the local farms and waters of Long Island. Self-taught, he developed his innovative repertoire at Bouchon Bakery in Manhattan, South Edison in Montauk and while assisting Chef Zak Pelaccio open Fish & Game in Hudson, New York.
